7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
In accordance with Singapore consumer protection laws, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is in original condition, unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Perishable goods (such as fresh produce, frozen items) and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. You may cancel an order before it is shipped; once shipped, standard return policy applies.
